About me:

Hello everyone!

I'm Carla, I was a professional dancer for 7 years and now after a long stint away from dancing....I discovered Zumba!
I love the fact that Zumba combines fitness, with a fun dance element, so if you are looking for a fun way to burn up calories, get fit and have fun doing it...you will love my classes!
I was very proud to be the first instructor to present Zumba at Lydia Campbell's highly respected Fitcamp in 2009, along with other International Aerobic Presenters!

My classes are pay as you go, so you can dip in and out whenever you want, that way your not committed to a course! Please check the class schedule below for details of current classes.

I will look forward to sharing my passion with you! But be warned you could get addicted.... Zumba should have health warning! Zumba can seriously affect your life! For all the right reasons!

  • <b>Zumba&reg; Convention 2009</b><br /> Trained and earned credits at the 2009 Zumba Instructor Convention.
  • <b>Zumba&reg; Basic</b><br /> Licensed to teach regular Zumba&reg; classes.
  • <b>Zumba&reg; Basics 2</b><br /> Licensed to teach regular Zumba&reg; classes with a focus on more specialty rhythms: belly dance, flamenco, tango and samba.
